Our shipping cycle
We recognise that our shipping cycle is a bit confusing so we're taking steps to improve our performance in this area.
Coffee is roasted a couple of times a week at Sidewalk Coffee and as we're committed to maintaining our 'great coffee, freshly roasted' standard, this means that we occasionally dispatch our coffees later than normal.
With immediate effect we're moving now shipping coffee on Wednesday and Thursdays only. This means, subject to Royal Mail behaving themselves, you will receive your coffee on the Friday or Saturday (just in time for the weekend).
Orders placed before Monday at noon will be dispatched the same week however a Tuesday order will normally be dispatched the following week.
